Refund policy
Damaged Items
Should your items arrive in a damaged state, kindly communicate with us, attaching photographic or video evidence of the damaged goods. Whenever feasible, we endeavor to replace the damaged items. However, if replacement is not possible, we will provide you with store credit or a refund. We take great care in packaging each order to minimize such occurrences, but we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
Missing Orders
In the event that you believe your order has not arrived and is missing, please contact us within seven days of the date the courier picked up your order. We will investigate the matter on our end to determine the cause. If the order is confirmed to be lost, we will require proof of purchase from you and the courier company to proceed with a claim. Upon successful acceptance of the claim, we can either issue a refund or provide you with store credit, as per your preference.
Change of Mind
Please ensure that you are satisfied with your selections before finalizing your order. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind.
